- Access to “best-value” properties from the housing market and developers directly. Usually buying lower than Government Value. We have a great buying track record, this can be discussed.

- Residential investment professionally managed by property management partners with the aim of preserving and growing long term value.
- Have voting rights on “major transactions”.
- Ability to contact the advisory board who are respected members of the community advising the board of directors on ethical conduct and conflicts/disputes.
Returns

- Payments paid periodically to investors or funds invested to compound the gains.
Tax Compliance
