  • Opportunity to invest in multiple investments concurrently if investor wishes.
  • Partnered with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for safety.

Buying

  • Being consulted on attractive investment opportunities that are hard to ignore or lose.
  • Access to “best-value” properties from the housing market and developers directly. Usually buying lower than Government Value. We have a great buying track record, this can be discussed.
  • All transactions fully transparent

Operating

  • Residential investment professionally managed by property management partners with the aim of preserving and growing long term value.
  • Have voting rights on “major transactions”.
  • Ability to contact the advisory board who are respected members of the community advising the board of directors on ethical conduct and conflicts/disputes.

Returns

  • “Better than bank interest” rental returns from day one as no borrowings.
  • Payments paid periodically to investors or funds invested to compound the gains.

Tax Compliance

  • Financials & all compliance fully managed by a chartered accounting firm.
  • Preferential access to accountants & lawyers if needed.

Selling

  • Option to divest when the Net Realisable Value exceeds 15% of purchase price or 5 years.
  • Opportunity to own full title or buy out other shareholders.
